I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a worse customer service. Ordered my product and it hasn’t been shipped. I therefore tried to contact their customer service team and neither the phone line or ticket service works. I’ve tried contact via Facebook, Twitter too, but still no response. Have they gone out of business or are they really this bad. I’m going back to Garmin, at least they have a customer service team.
It’s honestly just painful. A month ago, I spend a small fortune on a Wahoo Kickr. After receiving it after a couple days, I unpacked it, set it up and was excited to used it... but unfortunately it was far from “silent” - it had a defect that made a terrible sound. So then you go to the wahoo website - where first you can fill out a lengthy form, submit videos (oh yeah that can’t exceed 20mbs ... videos tend to be a bigger than that - so good luck if you don’t know how to deal with that). Then you wait. Then you get an extremely generic response - and after confirming details that you have already submitted, they tell you to send it back. Pick up for it will come on a given day anytime between 9am - 5pm cause really you have nothing else to do. Then they ask you to ‘immediately’ confirm when it’s picked up - which you do. To which they tell you they will send your replacement out shortly ... you wait and wait ... couple days later you ask “has it been send?” ... no. You just need to wait a few more days. Another week goes by still nothing. Then you again - now the response is “sorry not stock, you have to wait at least another 2 weeks”. Is this a joke?! You send me a broken product in the first place and then you keep putting it on a wait list so you can sell more... honestly I’m determined to escalated this issue further. But in the meantime - honestly stay away from Wahoo - get a cheaper and better Elite Suito ... Wahoo really needs to get their customer service improved - as they def already lost me as a customer - and that includes products I already have fron them like the ELEMNT (Garmin here I come).

bought a recondition kick trainer. it turned up like it had not been reconditioned at all, very noisy and various plastic bits broken. tried to contact wahoo about it but you end up in a ridiculously long email chain and have to keep sending videos. have now requested refund but they cant seem to organise a courier to pick the item up.
Over the years I have gone from a Magellan GPS 315, to Polar, to Garmin in the search for seamless connectively between routing and fitness monitoring. The journey ended when I discovered Wahoo, the Wahoo Tickr, Tickr Fit and Elemnt Roam all integrate perfectly and the functionality of all the devices is second to none. And when a workout is done it downloads automatically to Strava without having to touch a button.
In the years since I switched to Wahoo I have had one issue with a Tickr Fit and Harriet at the Customer Support was amazingly helpful for resolving it.
I bought a Kickr Bike after a long search to locate one in Canada. I had to pay for shipping from a distant shop to my house - because I could not source a unit locally. I set the unit up in my house and it failed after 10 minutes of operation (Error17). I contacted Wahoo by opening a ticket, and as soon as they realized I was Canadian, they referred me to their Canadian Distributor "Live to Play Sports" and waited 9 days for them to contact me. They asked that I ship the defective bike back to them and then they would ship me a replacement unit to my local shop (who I was not able to buy the original bike from). I delivered the bike to Live to Play Sports and they did ship me a new bike - with the entire ordeal taking ~4 weeks to resolve. So after paying $5000 CDN for the bike I was unable to use it for 4 key weeks in February when I need it the most.
Any product can have a problem but Wahoo has been nothing short of perfect for sorting my problem out. Great, reliable and reactive CS support and awesome warranty service for a Wahoo kickr.

I've had two wahoo Elemnt/Bolt units break in the last year.
Two weeks after my last one broke, have I had a warranty replacement yet? Have I heck. Wahoo are too stingy to use a proper courier and won't accept any risk of leaving the unit at my door, so it never gets delivered - so I'm still without a replacement unit.
If you want a reliable bike computer, or at least one that gets replaced when it frequently breaks, don't get Wahoo!
Bought a HR monitor under 12 months ago, sadly had no way of prooving the purchase. Was having intermittent issues with the devise and sent Wahoo photos from rides showing the HR issues. Spoke to a team member (Harriet) who went above and beyond to find my device and see that my request was genuine. Harriet arranged for a replacement device to be sent straight out, no question.
Seldom see top class service like this these days. One of many reasons i stay loyal to Wahoo and use all the cycling products. Thank you Harriet.
Great service from Matt at Wahoo. The screen on my 2 year old ELEMNT Bolt failed on Wednesday half way through a ride. This meant I had a difficult time turning it off as the button instructions are on screen. Very disappointed as the Bolt is a great product.
Sent a ticket to Wahoo that evening and had an email back the next day with some potential fixes, most of which I had already tried. Advised Wahoo that nothing was working and by Friday, following a ‘field destroy’ I had an email confirming a replacement was on its way.
Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service. I am hoping the new Bolt will arrive as promptly.
My Tickr HRM stopped reading properly after about 8 months, so I sent a ticket in to support. Had a reply within a couple of hours and my problem was resolved by them sending me a replacement new model strap within an hour of the initial reply. 10/10 for aftersales support.
Wahoo Fitness has the best customer service I ever experienced. After some misunderstandings at the start (which were also related to myself) they did a fantastic job, fully customer oriented, fast and reliable! Next to the awesome products a good reason to say that this company is the best choice if you are looking for fitness/sports products!
Had a replacement sent but had to pay a deposit so I wasn’t without a trainer for a few weeks. Since I have returned mine customer service has been non existent and my package is being held in UPS by request of wahoo and no sign of my deposit back.
I own and use many wahoo products.

I was happy with their customer services, but a little disappointed with the quality control.
1) I purchased Kickr Snap, but it had defect on the roller so I returned and got refunded hassle-free.
2) I then purchased Kickr 2018 refurbished, but I wasn't entirely happy with the unit either. Having to index gear every time I take the bike off and back on again was just too much hassle for me.
Kickr 2018 was returned as well and received a refund on a timely manner.
Communication was quick in general, but it took rather long and I had to wait several days from time to time with returning Kickr Snap.
Conclusion,
Happy with customer service, but trainers did not work for me.
But Wahoo Elemnt Bolt is my fav cycle computer so I cannot rate them too badly, it's just a pity Wahoo Kickrs did not work for me and hope they can improve QC.
